Payment is respectfully required in full prior to shipping.
Should you wish to cancel your purchase once the kit has shipped (and within 4 days of the kit shipping), please note that we will refund you less the cost of return shipping and will process the refund the moment that the kit arrives back with us.
We will also ask that you please ensure that the kit is returned as soon as possible after arriving with you, to facilitate the most speedy refund!

We are more than happy to refund you, provided the order is cancelled WITHIN 4 days of the item shipping.
This is intended to protect the Intellectual Property on which the kits are based.
Should you cancel the order, more than 4 days after shipping, please understand that unfortunately we will not be able to process a refund & return in case the item has been opened and thus the Intellectual Property shared.
Shipping usually happens within 4 days of payment clearing - unless lead time specified otherwise on HOME PAGE.
Shipping does not include insurance on the product.
We have recently locked off a cheaper method of shipping and all kits will be shipped using this method.
Kits will be shipped via South African Postal Service - registered small parcel airmail.
This is the fastest shipping method out of South Africa and averages 2 weeks from shipping to delivery.
PLEASE ALLOW FOR 2 WEEKS TRANSIT TIME.
Kits have, in the past, arrived as little as 4 days after shipping but this is not the norm and cannot be relied upon.
Please note that the minimum shipping period of 4 days impacts on my refund & return policy.
Customs VAT & Duties are NOT included in the shipping price and is required to be paid by the buyer direct to Customs.
Once shipped, we will provide a LOCAL tracking number as well as send a scan of the proof of shipping.
PLEASE NOTE There is no way to track a parcel once it leaves the country of origin.
The Track & Trace number which we provide, is only trackable until the item leaves the country, whereafter it is assigned an international tracking number.
LOST IN TRANSIT/DAMAGED IN TRANSIT POLICY
Unfortunately, as with all things in life, sometimes things go wrong.
To date, we have never had a parcel go missing and have had 100% successful delivery rate.
In the case of a missing or damaged parcel, we will most certainly replace the parcel subject to the following conditions (please note that the primary concern is the postage expense, which will be for the buyer's expense):
All of our parcels are sent with full track & trace functionality.
We ask that you allow 4 weeks from date of postage, for us to consider the parcel lost.
The parcel will be confirmed as lost once the receiving postal system confirms that the parcel is no longer traceable/has not reached its destination.
We will promptly dispatch a replacement kit (subject to availability), however we do ask that the postage costs be covered by the buyer.
We will complete and email a PayPal invoice for the replacement's postage.
As soon as this is received in our PayPal account, we will dispatch the replacement kit (replacement kit at no additional charge).
DAMAGED PARCEL - DAMAGED PORTION(S)
We are now wrapping our kits in 4 layers of protection! We are carefully stowing the vial pendants themselves in beautiful hand sewed velvet bags. Those are bubblewrapped and boxed. Another layer of bubblewrap and then boxed again in a beautiful gift box! The whole parcel is then finally sealed into a reinforced corrugated cardboard box, before one more layer of bubblewrap and a padded envelope to ensure the kit gets to you safely!
We endeavour to package all of our parcels snugly and wrap as above in order to ensure their safe arrival.
Should your parcel arrive damaged, we will replace the damaged portion(s) of it, at no additional cost provided that:
1) The buyer please sends us hi res images of damage so that we may correctly ascertain which replacement parts need to be dispatched.
2) The buyer covers the postage applicable to the replacement portion(s)
DAMAGED PARCEL - DAMAGED KIT
Should your kit arrive too damaged to present as a gift, and the buyer wishes to receive a replacement kit, we will happily send a replacement kit provided that:
1) The buyer please sends us hi res images of damage to kit
2) The buyer covers the postage applicable
3) The buyer returns the damaged kit with all contents as received, to the seller at the buyers expense (postage)
